One of our biggest strength is the wide network of skilled local guides and tour assistants that we work with throughout the country. Our guides are capable of speaking major foreign languages including English, Spanish, French, German, Turkish, Arabic and Chinese among others. We work with a number of sports equipment and gear companies to offer the latest in mountaineering and trekking gear for adventurers and explorers. The equipment we provide is tested and manufactured by recognized brands and is suitable professional grade trekking and mountain climbing. Some of brands we use are The North Face, Techoworld, Ferrino, Mountain Hardware, Fjjal & Red fox etc.You don’t need to cut your trip short or go looking for new equipment just because you lost your sporting gear. You can get all types of equipment including trekking or mountaineering shoes, backpacks, hydration containers, daypacks, tents, sleeping bags, cots, mattresses, cooking utensils, lanterns, flashlights, water treatment pills and much more.

Food

We have been in the travel and tourism business for a long time. When it comes to food, we understand what visitors from different regions like and dislike. People from some cultures are used to the hot, spicy curries that are common in Pakistan while others find them too hot and prefer mild, gentle food.When we work with tourists and visitors, we ask them about their favored cuisine and taste preferences. We provide guidance about meals and recommend restaurants that serve dishes that are adjusted according to client requirements. Vegans and people who abstain from meat for religious reasons are recommended vegetarian dishes based on their needs. Our guides will also take care of allergies if our valued clients inform in advance.

We are excited to share our experiences and highlight our role as a Destination Management Company (DMC). We have been working with over one hundred holidaymakers, tour operators, and adventure outfitters from around the world, as well as several leading broadcasting channels and news outlets, including the BBC, National Geographic, Korean Broadcasting System, Seoul Broadcasting System, Focus Television Germany, Antenna 3 Spain, and Globo Television Brazil. ATP had the honor of serving as the official host for the K-2 Golden Jubilee Expedition in 2004, during which more than 500 mountaineers, trekkers, and high-ranking officials visited Pakistan to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the first successful ascent of K-2.

At ATP, we were proud to act as the official logistics agents for the Dubai Expo 2020 for two regions: Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK). In addition to organizing thousands of mountaineering expeditions and trekking groups in the summer season, ATP also takes pride in organizing numerous winter expeditions on renowned peaks such as K-2, Broad Peak, Gasherbrum I, Gasherbrum II, and Nanga Parbat. Furthermore, we regularly host scientific and geological expeditions and research projects in collaboration with various international educational institutions/universities.

We take our responsibility to Pakistan’s local communities, their customs, and the environment with the utmost seriousness. Part of your payment is specifically allocated towards humanitarian activities. We actively support the Mountain Women Development Organization (MWDO), a non-profit organization committed to the social and economic empowerment of women living in the mountainous areas of Pakistan. MWDO offers opportunities to women through skill development programs, interest free Microloans for small businesses, counseling services, scholarships for needy students, and access to basic health facilities in remote villages.

We take our responsibility towards Pakistan’s local communities, their customs, and the environment very seriously. A portion of our income is specifically allocated to humanitarian activities.
