Ashraf Aman is the first Pakistani to successfully climb K-2, the second-highest mountain in the world. During his school years in 1962, he was honored with the title "Himalayan Tiger" by a German mountaineering team for his significant contributions to the attempt to summit Nanga Parbat, famously known as the "killer mountain." He has received several prestigious awards, including the "Pride of Performance" from the President of Pakistan, one of the country's highest honors. In 1999, he was awarded the "Uno Dei Cento" (1 in 100) in Milan, Italy, along with numerous other international accolades for his achievements. Ashraf has had a passion for hiking, climbing, and other adventure activities since childhood. With over fifty years of experience in travel and tourism management, he has worked tirelessly to organize and lead mountain sports, adventure holidays, and cultural tours throughout his professional career.

Naiknam is a well-known professional in the travel and tourism industry, boasting extensive experience in this field. He has expertise in various areas, including operations management, human resources management, finance, marketing, planning, and research. Naiknam holds a Master of Science degree in Tourism Management and Planning from Bournemouth University in the United Kingdom, as well as several certificates and diplomas from national and international institutions. As a goal-oriented professional, he excels in strategic planning and demonstrates resilience in crisis management.

He utilizes this knowledge as an innovative, proactive, and forward-thinking CEO. His research examines the environmental impact of trekking groups and mountaineering expeditions in the Baltoro region. He has presented his findings and recommendations to policymakers and environmental managers to help improve the local environment and mitigate the adverse effects of tourism. Mr. Karim has also served as the General Secretary of the Pakistan Association of Tour Operators PATO), taking significant steps to enhance Pakistan’s tourism profile on the international stage. Additionally, he is a social activist, reformer, and environmental campaigner.
